Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional sales experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry-specific knowledge and trends

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar industry or with a similar product/service

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as salesforce.com or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
