Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Metrology Ops and Customer Quality Engineer (E4) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing metrology operations and customer quality strategies to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new metrology technologies and processes
- Conducting quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Providing technical support and training to customers and internal teams on metrology operations and quality procedures
- Analyzing data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize metrology operations

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in metrology operations and customer quality engineering
- Proven track record of driving quality improvements and customer satisfaction
- Strong technical knowledge of metrology operations and quality procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
