Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. As a key member of our virtual team, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating various types of data into our company's systems. Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering data into appropriate fields, databases, records, and files with precision and accuracy
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring that insights are presented in a clear and concise manner
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis

  • Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Microsoft Office Specialist or Certified Data Entry Specialist
