Meet Your Team

Our Customer Success team at arenaflex is dedicated to delivering value to distributors throughout the partnership lifecycle. We strive to set up every partnership for success, from onboarding to long-term growth. With our AI technology and digital ordering solutions, we're digitizing food service distributors, enabling them to run more profitable and less wasteful businesses. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in making our AI technology even more efficient and transforming our distributors' operating processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and owning the execution of premium distributor partnerships, driving revenue growth from each deal
  • Supporting account executives during the negotiation stage and taking ownership of the relationship once commercial agreements are signed
  • Preparing and leading trainings for new partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Spending 1-2 days on site with distributors in the UAE as they launch our arenaflex AI proposition, ensuring their team is equipped to integrate the product into their daily operations
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing distributors
  • Liaising between distributors and cross-functional internal teams, such as integrations, to ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to their needs
  • Sharing distributor learnings and feedback with the product and marketing team to drive activities towards acquisition and engagement

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional with:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an externally-facing project management role
  • A strong work ethic and motivation to improve and grow, both personally and as a team member
  • A can-do attitude, willing to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, able to articulate complex technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to understand problems, identify the root cause, and implement solutions proactively
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • A team-first mentality and a willingness to collaborate with others
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
