Job Responsibilities

As a Pricing and Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Calling retail and service providers across the country to obtain pricing information on services
• Maintaining a positive and friendly tone throughout all interactions
• Accurately recording call details and customer responses in a timely manner
• Meeting performance goals and call quotas, while adhering to our company's high standards
• Providing exceptional customer service without engaging in sales activities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Google Sheets for data entry and Google for researching store numbers and information
• A reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi or otherwise) and a quiet workspace
• The ability to take direction and adapt to change, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous call and customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

As a Pricing and Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, you can expect:

• A starting pay rate of $12 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on performance
• A flexible schedule, allowing you to work between 8 am and 8 pm Monday-Friday EST, and 8 am-2 pm on Saturday EST
• The opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
• A 1099 employee status, with the flexibility to choose your own hours and work at your own pace
• Performance reviews every six months, with opportunities for raises and promotions based on your performance
