Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting customers with account questions, orders, and basic troubleshooting in a timely and effective manner
- Recording details of customer interactions in our system accurately and efficiently
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in every interaction, even in challenging situations
- Meeting daily performance metrics related to service quality and productivity, including:
+ Responding to customer inquiries within a set timeframe + Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively + Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction + Meeting productivity targets
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and web navigation
- Have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Be able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Have prior experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments (not required but preferred)
- Be familiar with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce (not required but preferred)
