We are looking for a talented Procurement and Contract Management professional to strengthen the strategic procurement capacity in Well Services.

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong educational background with minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline area or documented extensive experience in the field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience working in the oil & gas service industry within SCM, Project Management, Sales & BD, or relevant technical or support disciplines
• Extensive commercial experience and familiarity with procurement processes and tendering activities
• Proven relationship management skills and ability to build business partnerships
• Strong knowledge of the oil service industry and related markets
• Proven negotiation skills
• Very good cooperation and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and systematically
• Ability to identify processes needing improvement and recommend improvements
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, change management, and influencing skills
• Good knowledge of IT tools and systems within area of responsibility
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and oral, including excellent presentation skills

Your duties as Procurement Advisor Norway will consist of:

• Supporting and ensuring alignment with OTL’s and Well Services strategic objectives
• Mapping and identifying gaps in the Well Services supplier portfolio and contract coverage
• Initiating tenders and negotiating Frame Agreements in Norway and Europe within the Well Services scope
• Responsible for supplier management in Norway and supporting management of global Frame Agreements within Well Services
• Working closely with operations teams in Well Services to support strategic sourcing projects, cross-functional and cross-product line projects, and bids
• Supporting key internal stakeholders across the business to ensure operational success
• Supporting operational procurement in Norway and identifying potential for increased efficiencies and savings
• Evaluating contractual requirements for third-party services and supporting international locations with contractual work
• Coordinating due diligence and prequalification processes for new suppliers within Well Services
