About This Role

The Strategic Partner Delivery Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure the successful launch of our Insurance Services within the Partner’s technology ecosystem.  This includes solution consulting, GTM planning and execution, and relationship building across various B2B and B2C functions.  This role will collaborate with senior leadership both internally and externally on the planning, execution, delivery, and continued success of the Strategic Partnership.

About You And Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years in Delivery, Product, and/or Implementation roles with 3+ years managing enterprise level systems.
  • Experience in supporting and optimizing Delivery and GTM strategies and scaling solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to build and leverage relationships across all areas of the organization (internal and external).
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills with the ability to lead conversations with a focus on decision-making and effective engagement.
  • Experience in modeling, coaching, and influencing effective and timely problem resolution across all levels of leadership.
  • Skilled in tackling complex challenges while focusing on prioritization and the delivery of actionable solutions.

Role Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Own the delivery of Covered’s Insurance Services to our Strategic Partners. These partners represent one to many relationships where Covered is integrated with their Technology and then delivers insurance services for their lender population.
  • Engage with Product Marketing and Sales Operations Teams on Go to Market (GTM) strategies. Own the delivery/execution of the GTM strategy.
  • Work closely with the Implementation Team to ensure GTM strategy is being accounted for in the plan and executed successfully, including pre-implementation, implementation, and post implementation activities. Ensure Strategic Partner remains committed to and engaged in the implementation and launch.
  • Drive enablement of the underlying lender population by working closely with the Strategic Partners’ Client Success Managers to:
    • Identify and introduce key Lender Contacts for/to Covered’s Account Managers (AM) to help with enablement and adoption.
    • Manage any Incentive programs offered to Partners to ensure all criteria are met to help drive usage and conversions.
    • Own handoff process from Strategic Partner Delivery to our internal Account Management team for lender Partner enablement.
  • Provide cross-functional support and feedback to our internal teams around what is working well and what needs to be improved.
  • Influence change based on KPIs and market/industry changes.
