Build Your Own Role

We're not looking for a traditional Customer Success Professional. We want someone who is passionate about helping customers succeed, especially in complex, operational industries like logistics. Even if we don't have a customer success role that's a perfect match right now, we'd love to hear how you think you could make an impact at arenaflex. What You Might Work On

Depending on your background and interests, you could help lead or contribute to:

• Building and scaling our onboarding and implementation workflows
• Creating proactive playbooks to increase customer engagement and retention
• Working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into action
• Driving upsell/expansion opportunities and managing strategic accounts
• Launching new CS tooling or automation that improves efficiency

Open to remote or in-person in San Francisco office 3-4x a week.
