Key Responsibilities

As a German Customer Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
  • Offering recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service Supervisor to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Fluency in German language (C1-C2 level)
  • Previous experience in customer service (asset)
  • Tech savvy and proficient in using customer service software and tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and passionately communicative
  • Proficient English Skills (Oral & Written)
