What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated, client-driven individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners while utilizing various tools and resources to resolve issues and answer questions. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners

• Utilize various tools and resources to resolve issues and answer questions
• Provide expert-level support in a conversational manner while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
• Ability to type at least 25 WPM
• Effective completion of required training
• Previous customer support experience (a plus!)

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications)

• Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
