Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Tech Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients via email, phone, and chat. You will work closely with our Senior Support Manager to become knowledgeable about our software application, website, and YouTube channel. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and guidance to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical assistance to clients via email, phone, and chat

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our Senior Support Manager to become knowledgeable about our software application, website, and YouTube channel
  • Conduct appointments and video calls with customers to troubleshoot or set up our software
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a technical support role

  • Proficient in English language (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with software applications, websites, and YouTube channels

  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and best practices
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in technical support or customer service (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL)
