About the Position

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining customer documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, provide recommendations for product and process improvement, and ensure timely follow-up on open customer issues. With full training provided, this role offers flexible hours and the possibility of working from home.

Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service through active listening and support documentation maintenance

  • Work with confidential customer information and provide recommendations for product and process improvement
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call and ensure timely follow-up on open customer issues
  • Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with care
  • Assist existing clients with account management, billing issues, and product applications
