Key Responsibilities:

As an Evening Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers through live chat on various websites and social media platforms
• Addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and offering links to purchases and discounts
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to improve processes and procedures
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Compensation and Contract:

* Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

• Flexible contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work as many or as few hours as you prefer

Requirements:

* Access to a device capable of managing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

• Independent working ability with a strong adherence to detailed instructions
• Minimum of 5 hours availability per week

Working Hours:

* Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
