Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work directly with potential customer accounts to establish strong relationships and deliver comprehensive sales solutions that meet their needs. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a strong skillset, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with potential new account leads through sales presentations and provide exceptional customer support

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the local market and competition
• Generate new business and customers through proactive outreach and relationship-building
• Document and track sales activity and trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Develop a leadership mentality and learn alongside other teammates to drive success

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, with a proven track record of success

• Additional experience in business development, management, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and build strong relationships with customers
• Eagerness to learn and develop a leadership mentality, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Ability to travel to and from customer meetings, as well as potentially nationally for conferences and workshops
