Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers through proactive communication and follow-up
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Availability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
