Job Summary
As a Beginner Level Customer Service Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer service inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional service, resolve customer issues, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer service inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

- Work closely with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
- Follow provided instructions and maintain a reliable internet connectivity
- Be available for at least 10 hours per week
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* No prior experience is necessary for this role, as comprehensive training will be provided
- Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
- Ability to work independently and closely follow provided instructions
- Reliable internet connectivity
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week
