Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Financial Planning Systems

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our Financial Planning Systems team, working closely with our finance and IT experts to drive business growth and success. This role offers a unique blend of financial and technical skills, with opportunities to develop your expertise in areas like Hyperion, Essbase, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

* Support and maintain the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data

• Review and approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory sources
• Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
• Maintain system upkeep, including client permissions and access controls
• Provide technical support to clients with system issues, reports, forms, and models
• Assist with the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results on complex financial issues and industry trends
• Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process using Hyperion
• Update Hyperion Planning with organizational changes, coordinating with regulators and GL teams
• Collaborate with work groups to determine reporting business needs, proposing and presenting effective solutions
• Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and estimating and planning models for finance divisions

What you'll need for success

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in a finance role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis
• Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures
• Familiarity with Hyperion and development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning)
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies related to financial issues
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations
