The Role

As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, engaging, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements:

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with reliable internet connectivity

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation

Skills & Background:

* No prior experience in live chat support is required; comprehensive training is provided

  • Entry-level chat support roles, with opportunities for growth and development
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
