Job Description

As an Online Chat Monitoring Assistant, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing interactions on various chat platforms to ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain a positive user experience. This entry-level position is designed for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining online safety and community standards. Comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you with the necessary skills to succeed in this vital role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor live chat customer support interactions on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain a positive user experience
  • Provide support to customers via live chat, responding to their queries and concerns

Skills and Qualifications:

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and 10+ hours availability per week
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
