Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Online Amazon Customer Chat Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As an Online Amazon Customer Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting customers with tracking orders, processing returns, and resolving account-related issues
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift problem resolution
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. customer service, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Familiarity with Amazon's customer service policies and procedures
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
