About the Position

As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to inquiries and requests from clients in a 24/7 contact center environment. You'll provide information about our products and services, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and active listening skills. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and other individuals in a 24/7 contact center operation.

• Provide information regarding arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating knowledge and active listening.
• Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs.
• Advise clients of other products and services that may fit their needs to enhance client interaction.

Requirements

* Strong communication skills and active listening abilities.

• Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
