Job Summary

As an Aviation Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring every customer has a seamless and enjoyable experience at arenaflex. You'll be the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service through anticipating needs and proactively offering services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Schedule

* Thursday-Monday, 1pm-9pm (flexible scheduling may be available)

Key Responsibilities

* Answer telephones, take and relay messages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner

  • Document service requests by completing an aircraft arrival form
  • Coordinate customer lodging accommodation requirements
  • Ensure rental cars are ordered, on-site, and clean prior to customer arrival
  • Greet arriving/departing customers
  • Facilitate customer and vendor catering requests
  • Communicate service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance, and Avionics via telephone and two-way radio
  • Inform customers of other services provided by arenaflex

Qualifications & Job Requirements

* Minimum two (2) years' experience in a customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

* Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise level

  • Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers
  • Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screen to accomplish work
