The Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our Financial Analysis and Operations team to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven insights to inform business strategies. Your expertise will be critical in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret complex financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth

• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven insights to inform business strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in on business strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop data-driven insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field

• Experience working in a financial services or payments industry
• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
