Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Aetna Customer Support – Freshers Jobs program. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, and your goal will be to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide support to clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats

• Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize knowledge of Aetna's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Aetna's products and services a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment

• Knowledge of Aetna's products and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
