Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving success by leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, design, and product groups, to develop automation systems and cycles that prevent item messes and issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer care to sponsors and business groups, managing challenges for Google advertisers across various products, including Google Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, Shopping, and Google Ads Platform (GMP)
• Investigating and resolving complex issues, collaborating with product teams and designers to determine item issues and develop solutions
• Modeling and developing tools to empower the investigation of client issues and questions, working with designers on foundation deployments, updates, and relocations
• Engaging with cross-functional partners to build automation systems and cycles to identify and prevent item messes and issues

Key Responsibilities

* Focus on and convey exceptional customer care, advanced investigating, and settling complex issues and bugs from internal groups and Google advertisers

• Understand the evolving machine learning (ML) controlled nature of the Google Ads ecosystem and convey the ML model language with our internal and external clients
• Engage with cross-functional partners, including business, design, and product groups, to build automation systems and cycles to identify and prevent item messes and issues
• Model and develop tools to empower the investigation of client issues and questions, working with designers on foundation deployments, updates, and relocations
• Collaborate with designers on foundation deployments, updates, and relocations

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year certification or equivalent viable experience

• 3 years of experience with coding using a widely used programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python), working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs) or performing data investigation and representation using SQL-like query languages
• Experience in framework design/ API, programming language including data structures and algorithms, AI essentials
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher information to impact across cross-functional partners in gTech and Designing associations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with the Google Ads organization and internet business items

• Understanding of backend framework concepts (e.g., cache, memory management), mobile application working framework, mobile application data analysis item, and ability to investigate issues using troubleshoot log
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot labeling issues on sites using engineer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools)
• Experience with automation systems and cycles to identify and prevent item messes and issues

* Strong technical expertise in full-stack development, with experience in web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs) and programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python)

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher information to impact across cross-functional partners
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, product teams, and business groups
• Ability to model and develop tools to empower the investigation of client issues and questions
• Experience with automation systems and cycles to identify and prevent item messes and issues
