The Software Engineering Consultant will have a strong foundational knowledge in cloud engineering, hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, SQS, Lambda), and solid programming skills in Python and Java (Spring Boot). The ideal candidate embraces Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, continuous integration, and frequent releases. They should have a product mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
