Commercial Support Specialist

They are seeking a Commercial Support Specialist responsible for providing support to their commercial and specialty lines teams, performing administrative duties, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Performs duties that are administrative in nature
  • Keeps accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others
  • Amends policies per agent requests in accordance with authority level
  • Researches agent requests
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain focus throughout the workday
  • Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior insurance industry experience
  • Prior Guidewire experience
