Our Operations Interns work with multiple departments performing a wide array of supportive tasks.
Reports to: Digital Operations Manager
Key skills for ideal candidate: • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Superior presentation and negotiation skills • Strong management and organizational skills • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel • Interest in the following courses of study: • Business Administration/Business Analysis • Accounting/Finance • English • Insurance related studies

Operations Intern duties: • Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity • Write clear and well-constructed business requirements and documentation • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations • Test business processes • Assist with project management for selected projects
