Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Chat Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide exceptional online experiences for our customers by quickly answering online chat requests and providing extensive knowledge about our products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed, providing a personalized experience for each consumer based on their wants and needs.
• Schedule consultations between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless handoffs and a smooth customer journey.
• Keep a detailed log of contacts, including those who were not interested, to inform future outreach and sales strategies.
• Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past, nurturing leads and driving conversions.
• Be open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15-minute calls to actual sales calls when needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Compensation and Benefits
