Job Summary
As a Data Entry/Accounts Payable Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' accounts payable processes. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data into our user-friendly software system
- Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone support
- Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors through friendly, timely, and effective communication
- Promptly research, resolve, and follow up on any discrepancies or issues
- Contribute to additional tasks as assigned, showcasing your versatility and adaptability
Ideal Candidate
* Possesses exceptional data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
- Brings at least 1 year of customer service experience, showcasing a customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
