Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our plan members through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet the needs of our members. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service and support. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats from plan members
  • Resolving issues related to prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Providing information and guidance on healthcare benefits and services
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless support and resolution of issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and understanding

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or related field

  • Familiarity with healthcare benefits and services
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
