Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Work From Home South East Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our members receive the support they need to navigate their pharmacy benefit plans and make informed decisions about their healthcare. This is a full-time position that offers a flexible work schedule, with the opportunity to work from home and balance your priorities in and outside of work.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide personalized support and solutions to help members understand their coverage and options
  • Resolve member concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our members receive the support they need to navigate their pharmacy benefit plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions
  • Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field

  • 6 months of work from home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
