Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a range of product and software issues. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through downloading, logging in, basic navigation, document importation, printing... filing, and answering basic tax-related queries. We're committed to your growth and will provide ongoing training to ensure you're well-equipped to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

• Guide customers through the tax filing process, addressing questions and concerns related to product and software usage
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback on product and service improvements
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a tax or financial services environment

• Familiarity with TurboTax products and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
