Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
• Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by engaging with them, thinking critically, and providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed solutions to customers
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for problem-solving
