Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling ticketing, check-in, and baggage services, and resolving customer issues. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a remote opportunity with an immediate start, and we're offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and positive customer service to both internal and external customers
- Handle ticketing, check-in, and baggage services using computerized systems
- Manage reservations, resolve complaints, and handle cash, checks, credit cards, and vouchers as forms of payment
- Assist customers in a polite and friendly manner, answering inquiries and providing information
- Deal with mishandled customers due to oversells, delays, cancellations, or lost baggage
- Communicate current flight information and assist with emergencies
- Complete necessary forms and reports as required by the company
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard efficiently
- Read documents and follow instructions related to ticketing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations
- Ability to meet physical requirements as specified in the job description
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate information and instructions effectively
- No specific education or experience requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to meet attendance standards
- Shift work and overtime availability may be required
- Foreign language skills are a plus but not mandatory
