Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with us. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Researching and resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Entering data into our pension system and tracking ongoing cases
  • Resolving customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
  • Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. Some of the essential qualifications and requirements include:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in customer service, call center, or payment processing
  • High school or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with banking and financial industry is a plus
  • Payment processing experience is required
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 3+ years' experience in call center or customer service
  • 3+ years' experience in payment processing or transaction processing
  • 3+ years' experience with ACH, Wire Transfer, or Electronic Fund Transfer

Schedule and Work Environment
