Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through social media and cloud application development. You will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer support through social media channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement cloud application development strategies, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing product development and support strategies
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and technologies
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption of arenaflex solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, driving customer engagement and brand awareness
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to address customer needs

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • Strong understanding of cloud application development, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Strong knowledge of customer success principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
  • Strong understanding of business and financial goals, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth
  • Experience with US Government compliance and security principles
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to train and develop team members
