Talent Network: Senior Product Designer

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design across fast-moving initiatives. This role is hands-on and execution-driven - turning ambiguous problems into clear flows and shipped experiences. You will work across multiple projects, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality design under tight timelines.

This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Own design from concept through launch across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead 0→1 design for new products and features.
  • Translate ambiguous inputs into clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design for conversion, usability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and experiments.
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure quality in execution.
  • Produce clear specs that enable fast, accurate implementation.
  • Identify UX gaps and drive improvements proactively.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5+ years of UX/product design experience, including 0→1 product work.
  • Strong portfolio showing shipped work and impact on user behavior (e.g., conversion, engagement).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.
  • Excellent at turning ambiguous problems into clear, structured solutions.
  • High proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent).
  • Comfortable designing live (e.g., in working sessions) and incorporating real-time feedback.
  • Strong communication; able to explain decisions clearly and concisely.
  • Strong understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS/JS); hands-on experience coding simple front-end, like static pages, is highly preferred.
  • High ownership, speed, adaptability, and attention to detail are a must.
  • You must be a world-class individual contributor to thrive at Toptal. You will not be here just to tell other people what to do.
