[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join their Sales team, playing a key role in driving customer base growth through lead generation and outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation for new software and services
- Calling campaigns targeted towards new customer acquisition
- Cross-sell referrals
- Manage current customer license transfer and upgrade communication, negotiation, and processing
- Set-up product overview demos for customers needing education on their licensed software
- Continuously refine and improve business analysis processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes
