Work from home Full-time role Hiring

RCM Technologies, Inc. is a premier provider of business and technology solutions. They are seeking an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support to both internal and external users, ensuring the reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, VPNs, antivirus, printers, and scanners. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications
  • Manage new user setups and configurations, including Active Directory and Office 365 accounts
  • Process and document Helpdesk requests according to SLAs, escalating as needed
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
  • Track and audit hardware and software licensing. Perform hardware and software procurement
  • Adhere to HIPAA best practices and policies. Create and maintain detailed incident records and SOPs
  • Utilize computer imaging solutions, preferably MS SCCM and WDS
  • Perform workstation builds, desktop/laptop repairs, and printer configuration

Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, VPN, iPhone/iPad devices, Android, antivirus software, network connectivity, and printer/drive mappings
  • Experience with MS Active Directory, Office 365, MS Teams, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and IP Networking
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Proficient analytical problem isolation and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience ticketing systems
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer/IT, or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • Recent graduates considered
