Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Explaining the details of all arenaflex products and services, including recommending specific products and services based on customer needs.
  • Performing customer verifications, including credit checks for new customers.
  • Initiating service orders for new and existing customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints by clarifying the issue, determining the root cause, and selecting and executing the best solution to solve the customer's problem.
  • Meeting or exceeding productivity measurements, including the number of customer contacts, number of service orders created, and number of product sales.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center, customer service, or closely related field.
  • A clean driving record and valid license.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
