Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Inbound Call Center Team

The Opportunity

Our Inbound Call Center Team is dedicated to providing a positive experience for our customers, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers nationwide, providing assistance and support to help reunite them with their missing pets.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Reassure callers who may be panicked about their missing pets, providing a calm and empathetic response
• Serve as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents, working closely with customers to resolve their issues
• Provide a positive experience for our customers, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, helpful, and efficient
• Be part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities, recognizing and rewarding individual and team achievements
• Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day or evening shifts
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to handle a wide range of customer inquiries and issues

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service
• A high school diploma or GED, with a passion for learning and growth
• A quiet designated work area at home, with a reliable internet connection and a headset or phone
• The ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
