Job Overview

As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the online point of contact for customers, providing information regarding automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, financing, and general inquiries related to our dealership clients. Your primary focus will be to represent our clients favorably and convert online interactions into valuable leads that drive revenue for their businesses. You'll work closely with our team to develop and sustain a thorough knowledge base of our continuously evolving offerings, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing precise and timely information about products and services

• Assist in scheduling appointments by narrowing down customer needs and capturing relevant information
• Develop and sustain a thorough knowledge base of our continuously evolving offerings, staying up-to-date on the latest products and services

Required Skills

* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

• Strong aptitude for multitasking, with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications
