Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating monthly and daily inventory reports, assisting the back office and sales team with inventory/production-related inquiries, and supporting the CFO and Controller with reporting requests. Key Responsibilities
* Generate monthly and daily inventory reports to ensure accurate and timely data management
- Assist the back office and sales team with inventory/production-related inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions
- Support the CFO with reporting requests, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange
- Assist the Controller with month-end closures, guaranteeing accurate and timely financial reporting
- Perform various data review and consolidation activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Essential Qualifications
* Educational background in accounting or a related field (a plus)
- 1 year of related experience in data entry, accounting, or a similar field
- Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level, with expertise in vlookup and pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Strong time management abilities and effective problem-solving skills
- Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with data management software and systems
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Certification in data entry or a related field (a plus)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
