Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing everyday reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternative Investments. Your primary focus will be on refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund businesses or transfer representatives. This role also involves processing corporate activity activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing and reconciling dividend activity.

Key Responsibilities

* Refine exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identify discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund businesses or transfer representatives

• Process corporate activity activities, settle and reconcile transactions, and process and reconcile dividend activity
• Conduct research on complex/escalated concerns and perform testing/validation of new technology augmentations and vendor adjustments
• Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
• Interact with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
• Collaborate with TD Ameritrade Clearing in our daily relationships with fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other outside business partners

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field

• Strong understanding of financial transactions, including exchange deal transactions, corporate activity activities, and dividend activity
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the financial industry, particularly in Alternative Investments

• Knowledge of tax programming and coding
• Experience with internal/external system improvements or issues
• Familiarity with fund-specific requirements and eligibility
• Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
