Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies

Preferred Qualifications
