Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat / Phone Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Handling customer complaints and finding suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Accurately entering customer information into our database to maintain accurate records
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer service

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
