Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide array of information indexes used for data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions.

• Gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from various sources.
• Create arrangements from initial concept to production, and communicate results to a diverse range of audiences.
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis.
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
• Guide less senior staff, work in cross-functional projects, and regularly present to the board.

Essential Qualifications:

* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.

• Five (3) years work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
• Proficient in analysis software and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
