Job Summary

As a Customer Engagement Marketing Professional at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our customer engagement marketing strategy. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty. This is a part-time remote opportunity, requiring 8 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the execution of our customer engagement marketing strategy, including developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty

  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and tactics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer engagement marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and behavior to inform marketing decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, including email marketing and social media management platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer engagement marketing or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the use of tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
  • Familiarity with content management systems, including WordPress and Drupal
  • Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook and Instagram
